Adidas Espadrilles

These are my now favourite summer shoes. Easy to wear with everything!
Even the summer is almost over I had to buy them, cause they were 30% off. :) But honestly I'm more into fall fashion now! Actually didn't know that Adidas has made espadrilles.

mymuesli

As I love to eat cereals for breakfast I always try now flavors. Now I found the website of mymuesli, where you can create your own "Müsli". As I still prefer strawberries and banana in it, I made one with those and some different cereals. It's actually super fun to do it and they offer so many different basics, fruits and nuts, I could almost not decide what to choose. :)
The other one, which I ordered is called "SuperFruit" and is a finished one, which they offer.

Both are super good! Can't wait until they are finished so I can mix a new one :)

Summer Weekend

Had a great weekend with my boyfriend. Now Elias is always training in the snow. As he is already going back to Zermatt on Monday or Tuesday we decided on Friday to drive down to the south for the weekend. That was a great idea!

Now I'm back home and it is raining almost all day long, but I don't care, because I have to work anyway :)

Mafia-Party

Until April I used to live together with friends in a huge apartment. We had a lot of friends always comming over to hang out or eat BBQ. It was actually a great time, I would never want to miss.

After two years we chose different ways, so we decided to move out of this nice apartment. As we had a lot of drinks left and all our friends helped us to move out, we organized a nice costume party on the last weekend. The slogan was "Mafia-Bosses and their Lady's" and we had such a fun night.

I guess we all will never forget this party! That was the perfekt end for our time in this flat.

Breakfast at Home

During the week I almost never get time to eat breakfast, because I go to work very early in the morning and I'm always in a hurry! :) But if I get time or on weekends I really enjoy to make a nice and healthy breakfast. This time I made honey cereals with yoghurt, banana and fresh strawberries. Since my vacation in Costa Rica I'm really into smoothies. Also the smoothie I made with strawberries and banana. Sometimes I add some protein powder, if I drink it before or after sport.

Would love to get more time to enjoy breakfast like this.

Swiss Mountains

This weekend we took a little hike to the top of the moutain, called Tguma (2163 m.a.s.l.). It just took about an hour, but we had a lot fun and the scenery was amazing. After that we walked down to a mountain-lake, where we had barbecue and the boys went swimming even it was pretty cold!

This year I really wanna try to go hiking more often. Next goal will maybe be the Piz Beverin, the mountain you can see behind the lake on the pic.

haha how you can see, I had an easy hike... :)

Costa Rica

As you maybe already noticed, I love traveling. With my boyfriend Elias, who is a professional Freeskier, there is always a reason to travel somewhere. I like to save my money to come along with him as much as I can. This way I can be with him and I can see so many nice places all over the world, which I really love!

It's already 3 years since I went to a language school in Hawaii for about 3 month. It's so good to go abroad for a longer time then just the normal one or two weeks. Now, after this three years it was really time to plan a longer trip again. In Hawaii I mostly stayed by myself. Elias just visited me for about three weeks, which was a awesome time! After that I traveled around in California for about three weeks with my sister and a friend.
But this time I wanted to travel with Elias without the fact that it's always about skiing. :)

As he loves surfing we decided Costa Rica as first destination. He came straight from Heliskiing in Canada and I flew in from Switzerland.
